This is all about doing it..the right way!
I am 19 yrs old and a college student who managed to not gain the freshman 15 (; I'm a runner, an occasional horseback rider (by that I mean when I'm back home from college I ride but when I'm gone I'm not able to), I do Zumba, and this summer I started taking strength training classes. I decided to start this blog in order to continue getting the motivation to exercise and as well as helping others to do it in a healthy manner. (:
How I beat the Freshman 15
My blogs name is "Do it Don't say it" because you'll always come across someone (it could even be yourself) who is always saying how they wish they were fit, 10 pounds less, etc, etc, yet they don't go out and exercise. So do it, don't say it, even though I know things are easier said than done. Hopefully this blog helps motivate you to reach your goals, and my own.
Height: 5'2''
Highest Weight:135
Starting Weight: I was 128 pounds for 3 years.
Current Weight (is also my lowest weight):119
Goal Weight: until I can see my abs, and am able to run 6-8 miles a day! (:
It doesn't matter as long as I'm fit really! I want to be able to run a marathon or at least half a marathon.

Holy crap that’s good.
It’s really awesome to see a 30 Day Shred Before and After since I just started today. Definitely going to finish it until the end!
